1. What types of spirits do you sell?

We specialize in selling premium quality spirits. Our store offers a wide selection of exceptional spirits, ranging from bold and robust bourbons to smooth and rich whiskeys. We also have a variety of other spirits such as vodka, rum, tequila, and gin.

2. Are your spirits suitable for special occasions or as gifts?

Absolutely! Our carefully crafted and aged spirits are perfect for special occasions or as luxurious gifts. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, hosting a gathering, or looking for a unique gift, our premium spirits will elevate your drinking experience.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We ship to the following states and district: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

4. How do you ensure the quality of your spirits during shipping?

We take great care in packaging and shipping our spirits to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask for identification upon delivery. Additionally, during periods of extreme weather, we schedule shipments at the beginning of each week to minimize exposure to temperature conditions that may affect the quality of the spirits.

5. What is your return policy?

Under California law, it is illegal to return wines once sold, except for defective wines, which may be returned for credit or replacement within thirty days of purchase. All returned wines must be accompanied by a receipt. Please note that older wines, defined as wines older than five years from the latest vintage, are not eligible for return. We strive to ensure proper temperature-controlled storage and provenance, but we cannot be responsible for the quality of wines that have aged beyond this industry standard.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We offer both ground and air shipping options. 8. Do you offer gift wrapping services?

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our premium spirits are beautifully packaged and make for an elegant gift on their own.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal for added convenience.
